The Role: Strategic CRO Leadership

As our CRO Manager, you'll lead our design and development team using our proven CRO First Approach framework. You'll work on:

1. High-Converting Landing Pages - Transform cold traffic into loyal customers

2. CRO-Optimized Product Pages - Maximize AOV and conversion rates

3. Custom Shopify Themes - Built from a conversion perspective

4. A/B Testing Campaigns - Unlock hidden revenue potential (launching Q2 2025)

What You'll Do

1. Strategic Leadership

• Create detailed briefs that help our designers & team maintaining conversion focus

• Curate design inspiration that balances aesthetics with revenue generation

• Lead projects from concept to launch with our lean, EU-based team

2. CRO Excellence

• Conduct deep-dive research into customer journeys and ICPs

• Identify conversion bottlenecks across the entire funnel

• Design A/B tests that move the needle on major revenue metrics

• Apply our internal frameworks to craft custom solutions

• Design high converting A/B tests, product pages, landing pages & themes in Figma using our own frameworks & internal apps.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with our 10-15 day turnaround process

• Provide strategic feedback that elevates designs from good to great

• Manage weekly update calls and async task management

You're Perfect If You Have:

- Proven CRO experience with measurable results on e-commerce brands

- Shopify expertise and understanding of conversion optimization potential

- Strong briefing skills that translate strategy into actionable design direction

- E-commerce psychology knowledge - what makes customers buy

- Team leadership experience in fast-paced agency environments

- A/B testing background with statistical significance understanding

Bonus: Experience with €100K+ monthly revenue brands, direct response marketing, or our target niches (fashion, supplements, pet stores)
