Service Order Confirmation
• Upon placing an order for our design & development services, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your order details.
• All communication regarding your project will be through Slack, documented and shared with you for transparency.
Payment Processing
• All payments are securely processed through our payment provider Stripe.
• Your financial information is encrypted and protected according to industry standards.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
• For larger projects, a payment schedule may be established with an initial deposit and milestone payments.
No Refund Policy
• As we provide digital design and development services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
• All sales are final for our digital products and services.
• We commit to delivering services as described in your project agreement or service package.
• We will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables as outlined in the initial project scope.
Cancellation Policy
• Projects may be cancelled before work has commenced, subject to administrative fees.
• Once design & development work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds as resources have been allocated to your project.
• If you need to pause a project, please contact your project manager immediately to discuss options.
• For ongoing service agreements, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
